About Me

Hi, I'm Yohangel Adames — a Computer Science student at Farmingdale State College with a passion for becoming a software engineer. I'm gaining hands-on experience through personal projects, collaborative group work, and coursework. I enjoy exploring programming languages, sharpening my skills, and contributing to meaningful, real-world technologies.

My current interests include software development, particularly front-end and UI design. Long-term, I aim to work collaboratively with a team of developers in a professional software engineering environment. Some future projects I plan to create include a live Lo-Fi music player web application, a universal file converter, and an AI-powered video summarizer.

Outside of coding, I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, and growing in my faith, something I strive to reflect in both my work and how I treat others.
